Honest, reliable, and professional! Trottner’s Auto Repair took great care of my vehicle and explained everything clearly, giving me the exact information I needed. Their prices were fair, and the repairs were completed quickly. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, and I highly recommend them!

I brought my car to these folks and they decided that the vibration in the front left side was a bad mid shaft axle or intermediate axle, ended up being a bad left front tire which les schwab gave me for free because they suggested going to trottners. They, Trottners cost me $800.00 + tax for nothing also screwed up my ABS system when they did the work.

Trottner's always takes good care of my car. Their experts have never been stumped, where other mechanics have. Excellent customer service, patiently explains issues and answers all questions. Very friendly and personable. Very highly recommended!

Trottners is my go-to. Until I started bringing my vehicles here, I never walked out of a mechanic planning to go back, nor have I ever gotten... well, kind of attached. The staff there are amazing. Lindsey is the best and so genuine and kind. They remember their customers and truly care. They also do affordable and reliable work, are honest and transparent with costs, and if they need to do something expensive or are concerned something might break, they will take you back, show you why, make sure you understand why, and wait for your approval. Each time I take my car there, they send me with recommended maintenance based on the diagnostic, as well, which is really handy for me as someone that is not the best at keeping my vehicles maintained. They never make me feel judged me for that, either, haha, even if they are amazed I was even able to get my car there because I waited until the last minute. They also send me reminders about oil changes, and as a person with ADHD, I can't place a value on reminders, but I get these for free. If you're in the Woburn/Iowa area, I can't recommend this shop enough. If you aren't in the area, I still can't recommend them enough.
